Space

We wrapped up Space: Above & Beyond during the extended weekend. Another fun show that only got one season before getting canceled. I seem to be building a collection of them (Firefly and Dresden Files for example).

The effects on Space were pretty good for '95 - '96 and there was plenty of plot going on, most of which we didn't get to see completely resolved by the end of the season. The show was put together by Morgan & Wong (the same guys who did X-Files and Millennium), so the conspiracy elements were pretty familiar (as well as the David Duchovny cameo).

Hunter: the Vigil

So, it has been revealed that White Wolf's new game will be called "Hunter: the Vigil" via the Free RPG Day press release:

Several publishers are undetermined as to what they will be giving away, but White Wolf has promised quickstart rules for their new Hunter: The Vigil RPG, Green Ronin has commited to a Song of Fire & Ice Quickplay, while Troll Lord is bringing their previously unannounced new StarSiege RPG in quickplay format.

Interesting.

The new World of Darkness games are 3 out 5 for me at the moment (4/6 if you count the mortals books as their own game). I was not a fan of the previous Hunter game, so I'm rather curious to see what they will be doing this time around.
