Recently I won a couple of auctions on eBay. The shipping charges were kind of high, but I got the movies incredibly cheap, so I wasn't too worried about it.

Well, they arrived today...with postage due. Not all of it, just a few bucks. I also noticed that the cost of the actual shipping was about half what I initially paid.

Not only that, they failed to package the movies very securely and the packaging all busted up and torn. It was a mess.

So I didn't accept it. The mail carrier asked me right away if I wanted to return it to the sender considering the condition it was in. I said yes and just now sent a message to the seller asking for a refund. As I'm looking at the Seller's feedback rating it appears they like to leave retaliatory Negative feedback on any Buyer who even gives them a Neutral rating.
